The three links go to information from Illuminate on how to use each of the three Reports found in Illuminate. Here is a link to a walkthrough built by Steve Fetzer that might be helpful in going over reports: Peer Review Report “Assessment Overview” the pre-built report that automatically appears when you click on the assessment after administration to students. “Response Frequency” is a great report that it is highly recommended teachers learn how to access in Illuminate. The first “Assessment Reports” link goes to a list of resources from Illuminate on each of the pre-built reports found in Illuminate. Illuminate also has gradebook and reports card function for Elementary teachers. In short, we are using Illuminate to make more informed decisions from student data. A teacher, principal or any pertinent staff member can share and view reports. The whole idea is to get student data from giving assessments to students and then use Illuminate to view reports that can better inform instruction. Teachers are not required to give classroom assessments in Illuminated outside of the district required assessments, however, regular formative assessment can make this program very useful.

The point of the program is to facilitate data driven discussion in PLCs and then implement decisions in the classroom. Illuminate is the Twin Rivers’ data and assessment system.
