I'm not sure if clicking them will actually unlock or not as even goals you have completed will show as incomplete in the pop-ups created by the bug.

Sometimes on android there is a bug which causes old goals (which you may or may not have completed) to show up, telling you they have expired and letting you pay gems for that goal to complete. If however their is no goal in the goal list which links with a locked oven in the marketplace then it is not possible to unlock it (for example an oven from Christmas 2013 might show but its too late to unlock). If that goal unlocked an oven, then you would now be able to buy/build them (requesting parts from friends as needed). Once this timer is up, you may get a notification when reopening the game telling you that you missed out and can complete that goal for gems (usually only if you were part way through that goal). Most goals are seasonal and have a countdown timer next to them in the goal list in the top left corner of the game. I tried to copy and paste it into the forums and doesn't seem to work.
